GCC's Strategic Global Dialogues

GCC Secretary General Jasem Albudaiwi stated that these meetings aim to explore new cooperation avenues. He emphasised that strengthening strategic relations with various countries and organisations is a priority for the GCC nations.

The council will review reports on implementing decisions made during the 44th Summit held in Doha in December 2023. These reports include memoranda and submissions from ministerial and technical committees and the General Secretariat.

Albudaiwi highlighted that discussions would cover topics beneficial to all parties involved. He noted that these dialogues are crucial for enhancing cooperation and yielding benefits for their peoples.

Addressing Regional Developments

The council will also address recent regional and international developments. This includes reviewing strategic relations between GCC countries and other global blocs.

Albudaiwi mentioned that these meetings reflect the GCC's commitment to fostering new horizons for collaboration. The focus will be on issues of mutual concern that can bring tangible benefits to their populations.

The series of meetings underscores the importance of dialogue in maintaining strong international relationships. By engaging with key global players, the GCC aims to bolster its strategic partnerships worldwide.
