GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre Celebrates Dr. Khalid Al-Yousef's Impact On Judiciary And Law

The GCC Commercial Arbitration Center recently honoured Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yousef, President of the Board of Grievances and Administrative Judicial Council, at the First GCC Law and Arbitration Week in Manama. This recognition highlights his significant contributions to the judiciary and law fields, particularly in advancing Saudi Arabia's administrative judiciary through leadership and innovation.

Dr. Al-Yousef has been instrumental in developing the administrative judiciary's regulations and services. His efforts have led to qualitative advancements, reflecting his dedication to improving legal frameworks. The honour also acknowledges his active participation in lectures and seminars on judiciary and law both locally and internationally.

In a statement after the ceremony, Dr. Al-Yousef attributed the progress in Saudi Arabia's administrative judiciary to divine blessings and support from King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. He also credited Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his direct involvement in these advancements.

The Board of Grievances has seen a notable shift towards governance and digitalisation under Dr. Al-Yousef's leadership.
