GCA Introduces New Platforms For Employee Development And Learning
In a significant move towards enhancing the professional development of its workforce, the General Court of Audit (GCA) in Saudi Arabia has launched two pivotal platforms: the Human Excellence and Motivation Hub (HEMH) and the Smart Courses Library (SCL). These platforms are designed to bolster the skills and knowledge of GCA employees, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
During the inauguration, Dr. Hussam Al-Angari, President of the GCA, highlighted the critical role these platforms play in supporting the organization's reliance on the profound expertise of its auditors. The introduction of HEMH and SCL marks a strategic effort by the GCA to empower its employees through advanced digital solutions and tailored training programs.

Majed Al-Duhaish, GCA Executive Vice President for Corporate Services, detailed the functionalities of HEMH. This comprehensive framework is designed to facilitate employee development and performance evaluation through a variety of policies, standards, procedures, and digital tools. Notably, HEMH incorporates advanced technologies, including the Shamel 2.0 Platform, which was unveiled at the Leap 24 conference.
On the other hand, Tariq Al-Jurifani, Director General of the Saudi Center for Financial and Performance Auditing (SCFPA), shed light on the SCL platform. SCL serves as an extensive library of training programs and courses specifically tailored to meet the needs of GCA's work environment. This initiative aims to enhance both specialized and general knowledge among GCA employees, thereby contributing to their overall professional development.
The launch of these platforms underscores GCA's commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development among its employees. By providing access to a comprehensive suite of digital tools and training resources, GCA aims to enhance the capabilities of its workforce, ensuring they remain at the forefront of their field.
