GCA Wins Innovation Award For E-Learning And Training In Digital Solutions Track
The General Court of Audit, through the Saudi Center for Financial and Performance Auditing, has received the Innovation Award in E-Learning and Training within the Digital Solutions Track. The recognition highlights how the institution uses digital tools to strengthen professional skills and support national priorities in digital education.
The award committee selected the General Court of Audit after assessing strict technical standards. These included originality in training solutions, user satisfaction with online platforms, long-term sustainability of systems, and clear impact on learning outcomes. Evaluators focused on how digital environments improved training quality and efficiency for participants.

The Innovation Award in E-Learning and Training targets national projects that advance human capability development through technology. It honours initiatives that improve e-learning and training quality, support excellence in digital education, encourage sustainable innovation, and promote best practices. The award also seeks to highlight models that can guide other institutions.
Within this framework, GCA has invested heavily in recent years in advanced technologies and digital tools for training. Efforts concentrate on delivering structured, high-quality programmes and strengthening staff competencies. Key initiatives include the Human Motivation and Excellence System, known as the Himma Platform, and the Smart Training Materials Library, called the Saql Platform, which widen access to learning content.
The National eLearning Center announced the winning entity during an evening ceremony held on a Wednesday, under the patronage of Minister of Education Yousef Al-Benyan. The award is granted to organisations that design and develop innovative technological solutions in education and training, and that show measurable improvements in digital learning quality and user experience.
According to Vice President of Institutional Services at GCA and Director General of SCFPA Tariq Al-Juraifani, the institution’s digital projects align with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 related to digital transformation. These initiatives increase access to training opportunities and demonstrate how public bodies can integrate modern technologies into continuous professional development.
