The digital strategy is built on several key pillars. One of these is providing a distinguished customer experience by unifying interactions for both internal and external customers across all communication channels. Another pillar involves implementing effective digital governance to enhance compliance with digital legislation and corporate governance.

Additionally, the strategy includes developing compatible digital products such as the upgraded digital audit system, Shamel 2.0. "This system covers all stages of auditing, from planning to report issuance," stated the release. It serves as a pioneering platform that accelerates the development of digital solutions and supports emerging technologies and AI adoption.

At the booth, attendees had the opportunity to interact with Aref, GCA’s AI-powered smart auditor assistant. Aref is designed to support audit teams by providing instant responses, accurate recommendations, and a comprehensive knowledge base to improve audit operations.

GCA also launched the Shamel 2.0 smartphone application during the conference. This app enables audited entities to track audit progress and reports seamlessly while equipping auditors with smart tools to enhance productivity and effectively meet audit requirements.

The GCA's participation in LEAP25 highlighted its commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technologies for improved audit processes. By focusing on innovation and sustainability, GCA aims to deliver excellence in its digital transformation journey.
