GAMI's efforts extend beyond showcasing technology; they also focus on promoting investment opportunities within Saudi Arabia's defense sector. The pavilion will highlight policies and regulations designed to support both local and international investors. This initiative underscores the Kingdom's commitment to creating a favourable investment environment in this vital industry.

The DEFEA event is sponsored by the Greek Ministry of Defense and will host over 346 exhibitors from 28 countries. It is expected to attract more than 23,000 visitors. The Saudi pavilion will emphasize key achievements and programs led by the Kingdom in defense, reflecting its advanced level of development in military industries.

GAMI's organization of the pavilion demonstrates its dedication to working collaboratively with government agencies. This effort highlights GAMI's commitment to empowering national companies and fostering partnerships with major international firms in military industries. Such collaborations are crucial for enhancing Saudi Arabia's defense capabilities.

The participation of Saudi Arabia comes at a time when relations between Saudi Arabia and Greece are rapidly developing across various sectors. This growth reflects a strong strategic partnership between the two nations, particularly in defense, where they share common goals for regional security and stability.

Advancing Technological Collaborations

The event provides an opportunity for Saudi Arabia to strengthen cooperation channels with Greek and European entities. By participating in DEFEA, Saudi Arabia aims to open new avenues for experience exchange and establish strategic partnerships that serve mutual interests. These collaborations are essential for advancing technological and industrial developments.

This initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to localize more than 50% of military spending. By enhancing its position as a leading strategic destination in the defense sector, Saudi Arabia seeks to develop its industrial capabilities further.

The participation of the Saudi pavilion at DEFEA reflects GAMI's integrated approach with beneficiary government agencies. It also highlights GAMI's commitment to enabling national companies while enhancing partnerships with major international firms in military industries.
