G42 Launches G42 Europe & UK To Provide Tailored AI Solutions For Private Sector

G42, a prominent AI and technology group based in the UAE, has launched G42 Europe & UK, a new subsidiary in London. This entity aims to provide customised AI solutions to private sectors in Europe and the UK. It will also collaborate with governments and industries to develop essential AI infrastructure across these regions.

The new subsidiary is co-chaired by Omar Mir and Marty Edelman, both experienced leaders in technology. Omar Mir, who serves on the International Board of World Wide Technology, has over two decades of experience in the global tech industry. He has led significant initiatives in 5G, edge computing, cloud, and AI services across various regions including the UK, Europe, USA, and Middle East.

Marty Edelman is G42's Group General Counsel. He manages legal and compliance strategies for G42's global operations. His role has been crucial in developing G42’s governance as it expands into new markets. Edelman remarked that the UK and Europe offer vast opportunities for AI innovation. Establishing a hub in London enhances their ability to deliver top-notch technology solutions with a strong regulatory understanding.
