Future Of Media Exhibition Kicks Off At The Saudi Media Forum In Riyadh

The Minister of Media, Salman bin Yousef Al-Dosari, officially opened the Future of Media Exhibition (FOMEX) today, marking the commencement of the third Saudi Media Forum. This event, a collaborative effort between the Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA) and the Saudi Journalists Association, is taking place in Riyadh.

The opening ceremony saw the presence of notable figures including the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Abdullah Al-Swaha, Vice Minister of Media Dr. Abdullah Al-Maghlouth, and Mohammed Al-Harthi, the President of the Saudi Media Forum and CEO of the Saudi Broadcasting Authority, alongside various officials.

FOMEX stands out as the Middle East's most extensive specialized media exhibition, welcoming over 200 local and international companies for a three-day showcase. It highlights the most recent advancements in technical, creative, and innovative facets across all media sectors.

This year's edition of FOMEX aims to foster successful partnerships that will further the growth of media business both locally and globally. It achieves this by presenting cutting-edge media experiences from leading companies worldwide, promoting modern television and radio production activities, and adapting to the sector's swift changes.

The 3rd Saudi Media Forum's sessions are set to begin tomorrow (February 20), featuring 60 panel discussions and workshops. These sessions will unite leaders, decision-makers, and innovators from across the globe to engage in dialogue on 80 topics. The forum will host 150 speakers from various countries, including media industry leaders, specialists, and practitioners.
