Fujairah Ruler Sheikh Hamad Reviews Emiratisation Strategies And Progress In The UAE
H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, highlighted the UAE's dedication to Emiratisation under President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan's leadership. He stressed the importance of strategies for sustainable development and comprehensive success in Emiratisation efforts.
Sheikh Hamad expressed his hopes for ongoing achievements with the leadership's support, aiming to elevate national capabilities to peak efficiency and readiness. This was discussed during his meeting with Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Khalil Khouri, Under-Secretary for Labour Market and Emiratisation Operations, and Dr. Mohammed Al-Mualla, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research at Al Rumaila Palace.
During their discussion, Dr. Al Awar informed Sheikh Hamad about the Ministry's plans and programmes, emphasising that Emiratisation remains a top priority for the UAE government. The focus is on creating job opportunities for Emiratis in the private sector and enhancing their skills through training.

The meeting also included Saeed bin Mohammed Al Raqbani, Special Advisor to the Ruler of Fujairah, and Mohammed Saeed Al Dhanhani, Director of the Fujairah Amiri Diwan.
