Fujairah International Monodrama Festival's Committee Holds Second Meeting To Finalise 2025 Plans

The Fujairah International Monodrama Festival 2025 is set to take place from 10th to 18th April, under the theme "Fujairah is an Open Stage." The consultative committee recently convened for its second meeting to discuss preparations. Mohammed Saeed Al Dhanhani, Director of the Emiri Court in Fujairah and Chairman of the Festival, led the meeting where several work committees were established.

During the meeting, Al Dhanhani announced a new initiative aimed at producing monodrama performances by Arab theatre artists. The committee also suggested selecting a notable international figure as the festival's personality. Additionally, plans are underway to sign a cooperation agreement with the Paris-based International Theatre Institute (ITI).

Fujairah Monodrama Festival Committee Meets Again

The festival has become a significant gathering for theatre artists, experts, and institutions worldwide. Organised biennially by the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, it aims to elevate monodrama in both Arab and global theatre scenes.
