Fourth Hajj Conference And Exhibition Set For January 2024 In Jeddah To Enhance Pilgrim Services

The fourth Hajj Conference and Exhibition, under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, is scheduled from January 13 to 16 in Jeddah. Organised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah with the Pilgrim Experience Program, it aims to enhance services for pilgrims. The event will gather ministers, ambassadors, academics, and representatives from 87 countries.

The conference will feature 47 panel discussions and 50 workshops. These sessions will address challenges in improving Hajj services and explore ways to support innovative projects within the sector. Additionally, a large exhibition will run alongside the conference. Spanning 50,000 square meters, it will host 280 exhibitors showcasing new technologies and services aimed at enhancing the Hajj experience.

Participants include local and international companies offering Hajj services. The event also involves 250 entities from public, private, and non-profit sectors. Its goal is to share experiences, promote competitiveness among companies involved in Hajj affairs, and ensure transparency.

This year's conference aims to build on past successes by continuing to improve service quality for pilgrims while encouraging innovation and collaboration among stakeholders involved in Hajj operations.
