Formula E Jeddah 2025: Over 200 Media Professionals Cover Historic Race Event

The Jeddah Corniche Circuit has gained international recognition for hosting significant motorsport events, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030's goals in sports, clean energy, sustainability, and technology. Since its opening in late 2021, it has attracted drivers, motorsport fans, and media professionals alike.

The Formula E 2025 Jeddah E-Prix took place on February 14-15 at this renowned circuit. It featured 11 teams and 22 drivers competing in the latest generation of Formula E cars. These new vehicles boast improved performance and unique specifications compared to earlier models.

Local media extensively covered the event, with over 86 professionals reporting on the race. The coverage spanned eight television channels, three radio stations, and 16 print and online newspapers. This ensured that audiences received comprehensive updates and insights into the race.

Internationally, the event attracted significant attention as well. A total of 26 broadcasting channels reported on the race, supported by 116 media professionals. This group included 50 journalists, 48 photographers, and representatives from 26 newspapers and news websites.

The extensive media presence underscored the importance of the 2025 Jeddah E-Prix. It marked a milestone as the seventh Formula E race hosted in Saudi Arabia and the first at Jeddah Corniche Circuit. The event added to the circuit's reputation as one of the fastest street circuits globally.
