Bahraini Foreign Minister And Saudi Counterpart Co-Chair Executive Committee Meeting Of Coordination Council
Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Bahrain's Minister of Foreign Affairs, in Manama. They discussed the relationship between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, focusing on regional and international developments and shared interests. This meeting highlighted the ongoing collaboration between the two nations.
Following their discussion, both ministers led the Executive Committee meeting of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council. His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa chair this council. The meeting underscored the commitment to strengthening ties between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

Dr. Al Zayani expressed his pride in the longstanding historical relations and strong fraternal ties between the two countries. He noted that these bonds have consistently received attention from both nations' leaderships. Prince Faisal appreciated Dr. Al Zayani's warm welcome and hospitality during their meeting.

The Executive Committee examined the annual performance report of committees under the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council for 2024-2025. A visual presentation showcased how joint objectives and initiatives were monitored and measured, highlighting performance results from relevant authorities.
The committee approved a timeline for 2025-2026 work plans for the Council and its subcommittees. They directed subcommittee heads to complete agreed-upon initiatives, ensuring continued progress in achieving shared goals.
