The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, in collaboration with various departments, ensured a secure and tranquil environment, accommodating the influx of the faithful from dawn. Efforts to prepare courtyards, gates, and corridors were initiated early, aiming to facilitate easy movement and prayer activities. The mosque, including its expanded sections, was filled with worshippers extending their rows onto surrounding roads, indicating a significant turnout.

Authorities had put in place a comprehensive array of services to enhance the experience for those attending. Among these were Qurans with multiple translations for those wishing to recite the Holy Quran. The mosque's cleaning operations were ramped up, while loudspeakers, ventilation systems, and air conditioners were all operational to ensure comfort. Additionally, simultaneous translation devices for the Friday sermon were distributed, catering to worshippers from various linguistic backgrounds.

For individuals with mobility challenges, 5,000 regular and electric carts were made available through the "Mobility" app. The systematic organization of cart pushers and disinfection plans contributed to a streamlined experience. Observers and security personnel were also strategically positioned throughout the mosque to guide worshippers and manage crowd control effectively.
