Fifth Saudi International Marine Exhibition Opens In Riyadh, Showcasing Global Fisheries Tech And Investment

The fifth Saudi International Marine Exhibition is set to begin on Monday in Riyadh. The three-day event at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center will gather global fisheries and aquaculture stakeholders, highlighting sector growth, technology developments, and Saudi Arabia’s increasing role in specialised marine events.

Organisers expect strong participation, with attendees from more than 30 countries taking part. Over 120 local and international companies and organisations are scheduled to exhibit, while forecasts indicate around 15,000 visitors and 3,950 business leaders, including representation from 15 government entities.

The Saudi International Marine Exhibition SIMEC will host five international pavilions, reflecting rising interest in the Kingdom’s fisheries sector. The exhibition has become a regular meeting point for experts, decision-makers, and major stakeholders involved in fisheries and aquaculture development across regional and global markets.

The Saudi International Marine Exhibition SIMEC is being held under the patronage of Vice Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Eng. Mansour Al-Mushaiti. The fifth edition strengthens the ministry’s engagement with private-sector partners and international participants focused on sustainable growth within marine industries.
