EXPRO Awarded For Outstanding Leadership Program At HRSE KSA Awards 2024

The Government Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) has been honoured with the "Best Executive & Leadership Program" award at the HRSE KSA Awards 2024. This accolade was presented by the "Human Resources Summit" and "Expo Saudi 2024" to recognise distinguished entities and individuals in human resources. EXPRO was chosen from over 130 local, Gulf, and Arab entities nominated for the awards.

Reem Al-Rahili, Vice President of Human Capital and Academy at EXPRO, stated that this award reflects EXPRO's implementation of an innovative and comprehensive framework for managing national leadership competencies. She emphasised that this recognition aligns with EXPRO's strategy of building a high-performance organisation. It also supports the objectives of the Human Capacity Development Program, part of Vision 2030.

Al-Rahili added that these initiatives empower executive leaders to lead work teams effectively. They also enable employees to develop professionally through an attractive work environment, focusing on attracting and nurturing talent for a prosperous future. The HRSE KSA Awards aim to highlight the best modern practices in human resources within Saudi Arabia, emphasising their importance in regional and international competition.

The awards include ten categories, with nominations evaluated by a jury of more than 15 human resources experts. Winners are selected based on criteria such as the initiative's alignment with the organisation's strategy, the implementation mechanism, innovative tools used, and the impact on meeting organisational objectives.

Earlier this year, EXPRO ranked third across Saudi Arabia for adopting the "Best Workplace Environment" for 2023, presented by the "Great Place to Work" Global Authority on Workplace Culture. This recognition was in honour of its excellence in spreading workplace culture, improving employee experiences, and enhancing both internal and external public image.

EXPRO also ranked first among government entities across Saudi Arabia for best human resources practices, awarded by the Top Employers Institute. These accolades underscore EXPRO's commitment to achieving spending efficiency in government entities, enhancing procurement operations' efficiency, and raising project quality.

EXPRO aims to contribute to planning infrastructure, programs, initiatives, and operational processes. It also seeks to develop policies, systems, methodologies, and build and qualify national cadres. These efforts are part of its broader mission to enhance government efficiency and effectiveness.
