Evolve Future Mobility Show In Sharjah Showcases Innovations Shaping Sustainable Mobility And Investment Opportunities
The Evolve Future Mobility Show (EFMS 2025) summit, held at Expo Centre Sharjah, showcased insightful sessions and panel discussions. Global Electric Vehicle (EV) experts shared strategic insights into sustainable mobility's future. The event, supported by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), is set to conclude today.
Industry leaders highlighted the significant investment potential within the EV market. They discussed financing mechanisms for the electric mobility ecosystem, emphasising the UAE's investor-friendly economy as a fertile ground for capital inflows and long-term growth.

Strengthening public-private partnerships was a key theme at the summit. Experts stressed their importance in accelerating large-scale sustainable mobility initiatives. Abdulaziz Shattaf, Commercial Director of Expo Centre Sharjah, noted that the summit themes reflected a deep understanding of the industry's development path.
Shattaf stated, "The Show sends a clear signal that the region’s electric mobility sector has moved beyond its foundational phase and entered a stage of commercial maturity and strong investment appeal. The show also demonstrates a strategic vision that lies in balancing current commercial dimensions with forward-looking ambitions for sustainable growth and innovation."
Adam Ridgway, CEO of One Moto, was among the distinguished speakers at EFMS 2025. He discussed how automakers are shaping the EV market and addressing the shift toward zero-emission mobility solutions. This shift is crucial as it aligns with global sustainability goals.
Barbara Lebar from Manta Aircraft delivered a keynote titled "The Advanced Air Mobility Revolution". She highlighted electric aerial vehicles' role in future transport ecosystems. Lebar outlined urban centers' plans to transition from traditional road networks to air-based solutions, redefining urban transport's future.
Circular Economy in EV Industry
The Evolve Show included a session on building a "circular economy" in the EV industry. Rizul Rai, Founder and CEO at Sircle Clean Energy Technologies LLC, led this discussion titled "Battery Manufacturing & Recycling – Paving the Way for a Circular Economy in the EV Industry".
This session underscored effective recycling practices' role in mitigating environmental risks while unlocking economic opportunities. It also highlighted how these practices enhance global supply chains' resilience and sustainability.
