Evolve Future Mobility Show Opens At Expo Centre Sharjah To Showcase Electric Vehicle Innovations
The inaugural Evolve Future Mobility Show (EFMS 2025) commenced at Expo Centre Sharjah, focusing on electric and new energy vehicles. Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, this event runs until 18th October. It gathers global electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers and industry leaders to discuss sustainable transport advancements.
Abdallah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of SCCI and Expo Centre Sharjah, officially opened the exhibition. Waleed AbdelRahman Bukhatir, Second Vice Chairman of SCCI, and other officials attended. The event showcases innovations in electric and hybrid vehicle technologies and sustainable transport projects.

The exhibition features cutting-edge developments in EV infrastructure, including charging stations and smart mobility systems. Attendees explore integrated renewable energy solutions that support sustainable mobility. A highlight is the A2RL Autonomous Formula 1 car, a self-driving sports car reaching speeds over 340 km/h.
Saif Mohammed Al Midfa noted that hosting EFMS 2025 reinforces Sharjah's role as a hub for economic and innovation-driven events. The show brings together over 100 international speakers and experts in electric and smart mobility sectors to discuss future trends.
The international conference programme at EFMS 2025 includes over 100 speakers across 20 sessions. Topics cover UAE government initiatives on EV adoption, commercial fleet integration, investment opportunities, supply chain challenges, and the future of electric transport.
Abdallah Sultan Al Owais stated that EFMS marks a significant step in Sharjah’s sustainability journey. It serves as a platform for networking and collaboration to drive growth in the sustainable transport sector. Global EV sales are expected to surpass 20 million units this year.
Exhibition Sectors and Participants
The exhibition spans ten major sectors of the EV industry, including light and heavy-duty vehicles, hydrogen-powered cars, fuel cell systems, motors, control units, and renewable energy technology. Automotive dealers and component manufacturers present integrated mobility solutions.
Leading EV industry names like ION Mobility, Tesla, OMODA JAECOO, VinFast, Shanghai Silverstones Automotive, and InfyPower showcase innovations redefining mobility. The event fosters networking opportunities between public and private entities to promote clean energy initiatives.
EFMS 2025 is organised by MIE Events with support from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI). Key government entities like the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) participate alongside policymakers advancing green mobility transitions.
The exhibition also features an interactive Formula 1 simulator licensed by AMG and certified by FIA. Visitors experience controlling a high-speed race car through this realistic simulator identical to a real cockpit structure.
The show occurs amid increasing global adoption of electric vehicles as regions push for clean energy solutions. It provides a venue for knowledge exchange to accelerate innovation within the EV industry while promoting sustainable growth strategies.
