Saudi Arabia is solidifying its role as a key player in gaming and esports by hosting the largest Esports World Cup (EWC) ever. This event sets new records with extensive international participation, highlighting its significance beyond just a tournament. The EWC in Riyadh stands out due to its scale, innovative systems, and engaging fan experiences. This year's tournament features more than 2,000 players from 200 teams across over 100 countries. They will compete for a prize pool of USD 70 million in 25 tournaments, including new games like chess, Valorant, and Fatal Fury. The event will be broadcast in over 30 languages to audiences in more than 100 countries.
Ticket sales have surged by over 30% compared to last year, with international sales tripling and average ticket order values increasing by 600%. The tournament runs from July 7 to August 24, extending over seven weeks to accommodate the growing demand.

This year's EWC also marks a significant advancement in content production. Over 50 hours of high-quality programming will be presented under the EWC Spotlight with IMG collaboration and distributed through television channels.
