Enrichment Services At Grand Mosque Support Over 840,000 Visitors During First Ten Days Of Ramadan

The Presidency for Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque shared statistics on services provided during the first ten days of Ramadan 1446 AH. These services included field awareness, guidance programs, and technical, media, and volunteer support. Over 840,000 people benefited from enrichment services at the Grand Mosque.

Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, President of Religious Affairs for both mosques, highlighted that these initiatives were crafted following governance frameworks and high-performance standards. This approach aims to enhance the quality of services for visitors to the Two Holy Mosques, aligning with the Kingdom’s leadership goals.

Grand Mosque Enrichment Services Aid 840,000 Visitors

Field awareness programs reached over 232,602 individuals. Digital awareness services benefited 213,215 people. Additionally, more than 151,100 individuals used the "Fatwa" service. Field guidance services assisted over 31,438 visitors. These efforts aim to provide comprehensive support to all attendees.

The presidency introduced several technological innovations to improve visitor experiences at the Holy Mosque. These include a global digital Quran reading platform and the Minara AI robot. A real-time translation device and interactive screens were also launched alongside the "Surah Al-Fatiha" application.

These technological advancements are designed to offer a seamless experience for guests of the Most Merciful. The number of translated legal issues reached 13,080 translations. The Friday sermon was translated into 11 languages, enhancing accessibility for diverse audiences.

Digital Engagement

Digital guidance content received over 73,130 views during this period. This reflects a growing engagement with digital resources among mosque visitors. The presidency's efforts in digitization aim to provide modern solutions that cater to the needs of pilgrims and visitors alike.

The presidency's initiatives demonstrate a commitment to utilizing modern technologies in serving visitors effectively. By integrating advanced tools and applications, they strive to create an enriching experience at the Holy Mosque.
