ENOC Group Showcases Commitment To Emirati Talent At Ru'ya Careers Fair 2025
ENOC Group is strengthening its dedication to nurturing Emirati talent by participating in Ru'ya 2025. This event, scheduled from September 23-25 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, aims to attract top Emirati graduates and seasoned professionals for key roles. ENOC is targeting around 100 vacancies across various departments, including Refinery and Chemical engineering, Cyber Security, and IT Infrastructure.
ENOC has achieved over 50 percent Emiratisation overall and maintained full Emiratisation at the executive management level since 2018. This aligns with the "We the UAE 2031" vision, which seeks to enhance national talent's role in strategic sectors and establish a diversified economy driven by knowledge and innovation.

Hussain Sultan Lootah, Acting CEO of ENOC Group, stated, "Ru'ya Careers Fair 2025 is a critical platform for ENOC Group to connect with bright Emirati talent, enabling us to actively integrate top local talent into our diverse operations. As a national champion in the energy sector, and with an accelerating digital economy, we are keen on cultivating the next generation of leaders and innovators who will secure our nation's energy future and contribute to its economic prosperity."
To support long-term career growth within the energy sector, ENOC has developed initiatives like academic sponsorships, internships, and specialised training programs. The Graduate Development Programme (GDP) focuses on enhancing skills across various domains. These efforts ensure continuous development of Emirati talent.
ENOC's robust talent acquisition strategy aligns with the UAE's vision for a knowledge-based economy. It focuses on nurturing local capabilities across critical sectors. Candidates can apply for roles at Za'abeel Hall 3, pavilion Z3-7 at the Dubai World Trade Centre or through ENOC’s Careers page online.
Further demonstrating this commitment, ENOC announced that its latest cohort from the rigorous 36-month Technical Training Program (TTP), which began in November 2023, has moved to practical field deployment. This marks a crucial step in their professional journey.
ENOC's ongoing investment in its workforce ensures a resilient and innovative team led by Emiratis. This approach equips them to meet the evolving demands of the global energy industry effectively.
