Enhancing Gulf-British Cooperation: Insights From TRENDS Symposium At The House Of Lords

A symposium titled "Enhancing Prospects for Gulf-British Cooperation: Opportunities and Future Outlooks" was held at the House of Lords by TRENDS Research and Advisory. The event gathered British MPs, thinkers, and researchers to discuss Gulf-UK relations. Allegra Mostyn Owen and Lady Olga Maitland co-moderated the discussions, which focused on various cooperation areas, including efforts to combat extremism and promote regional stability.

Speakers highlighted the deep historical roots between the Gulf countries and the UK. They stressed the importance of building on this foundation to enhance future cooperation.
