H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan emphasised that Emiratisation is a top priority for President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. This focus is due to its strategic importance in enhancing UAE National talent participation in both public and private sectors, advancing a knowledge-based national economy.

He highlighted the need for coordinated efforts among all entities involved in Emiratisation to support initiatives that prepare and empower Emirati talent. Investing in national human capital is seen as a key driver of sustainable development.

The forum was organised by the Department of Government Enablement through Mawaheb, in collaboration with the Ruler's Representative Court in Al Ain Region and the Education and Human Resources Council (EHRC). The Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation, Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (ETCC), and Nafis also participated.

The event analysed current and future labour market trends, aligning educational goals with sectors like Finance, 3D Printing, and Aviation. These industries contribute significantly to Al Ain Region’s economic growth.
