25 Companies Join Forces To Propel Emiratisation With Ishraq Programme
The Emirati Human Resources Development Council, in a significant move to bolster Emiratisation, collaborated with the UAE Food and Beverage Business Group to host a conference under the Ishraq programme. This event, titled "Driving Emiratisation Practices & Partnerships," marked a crucial step towards integrating UAE nationals into the private sector. The conference was held at the Etihad Museum and saw participation from over 25 private sector companies, along with Emirati students and job seekers.
Key figures such as Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Deputy Chairman of the Council and the Director-General of the Human Resources Department in Dubai, Dr. Eesa Mohammed Al Bastaki, president of the University of Dubai, and Saleh Lootah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the UAE Food and Beverage Manufacturers Group, graced the event with their presence. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Chairman of the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, expressed his appreciation for the participants' engagement and highlighted the importance of their contributions to understanding Emiratisation's challenges and opportunities.
Saleh Lootah emphasized the conference's role in facilitating essential dialogues between Emirati talents and the labor market's needs. These discussions are pivotal for ensuring that Emirati professionals become key contributors to the private sector's growth and innovation.
