Emirates Stallions Group Strengthens Saudi Operations With New 13,000 Sqm Warehouse Agreement

Emirates Stallions Group (ESG), a prominent entity in Workforce Solutions, Construction, and Real Estate, has secured a 16-year agreement for usufruct rights over 13,000 square meters of warehouse space in Saudi Arabia. This acquisition was made through Vision Furniture & Decoration Factory, an ESG subsidiary. The deal involves two warehouses with areas of 7,448 and 5,991 square meters, marking ESG's significant expansion in the GCC region.

The new facilities are anticipated to become operational by the third quarter of 2025. This strategic move is expected to bolster ESG's production capabilities and existing facilities in Abu Dhabi. It aligns with the group's mission to deliver excellence in interior design and manufacturing sectors. The expansion is set to meet the rising demand for high-quality interior solutions in Saudi Arabia.

Matar Suhail Al Yabhouni Al Dhaheri, Chairman of ESG, remarked on the significance of this agreement.
