Emirates And Flynas Forge Expanded Partnership To Boost Travel Options Via Dubai

Emirates and flynas, two leading airlines, have recently enhanced their partnership by signing an expanded two-way interline agreement. This development, announced at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM), aims to broaden travel options for flynas customers through Emirates' extensive network via Dubai. The agreement was formalized by Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, and Bander Almohanna, flynas Group CEO & Managing Director.

The collaboration between Emirates and flynas is not new but has now reached a new level of integration. Previously, the interline agreement allowed Emirates customers to enjoy seamless connectivity across Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and Dammam, extending to over 15 domestic destinations within the kingdom. This arrangement facilitated single-ticket itineraries and baggage transfers for travelers.

Expanded Emirates-flynas Travel Options

The upgraded partnership now enables flynas customers to access Emirates’ global network. Specifically, they can travel from any of Emirates’ gateways in Saudi Arabia to various destinations in the Far East, West Asia & Indian Ocean, and Europe via Dubai. This expansion is a significant step towards offering more comprehensive travel solutions to passengers.

Bander Almohanna expressed enthusiasm about providing flynas customers with more travel choices through Emirates' extensive network. He highlighted that once the expanded interline partnership is operational, bookings can be made directly on the flynas website, through online travel agencies, or local travel agents.

Adnan Kazim emphasized the mutual benefits of this partnership, noting how it enhances connectivity across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and offers access to a wider range of destinations. He remarked on the commitment of both airlines to facilitate unique travel options for their customers and hinted at future opportunities to further extend this collaboration.

The signing ceremony was attended by notable figures including Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group, and Ayed Al Jeaid, Chairman of flynas. Their presence underscored the significance of this partnership not only for both airlines but also for enhancing air travel connectivity within Saudi Arabia and beyond.

This expanded interline agreement marks a milestone in the aviation industry by connecting two major networks and opening up new routes for travelers. It reflects a shared commitment to improving customer service and expanding travel possibilities. As this partnership evolves, it promises to bring even more benefits to passengers looking for convenient and seamless travel experiences.
