ECAE Unveils Innovative Educational Technologies At GITEX Global 2024 In Dubai

The Emirates College for Advanced Education (ECAE) is set to unveil its latest educational technology advancements at GITEX Global 2024. This major tech event will take place from 14th to 18th October in Dubai. ECAE plans to showcase AI-powered tools, immersive Virtual Reality (VR) experiences, and sustainability-focused solutions. These innovations align with Abu Dhabi's digital transformation strategy, highlighting ECAE's leadership in creating a research-based educational ecosystem.

Participating under the theme "Towards an AI Native Government," ECAE will demonstrate how AI, VR, and Metaverse technologies are changing education. These technologies make learning more interactive and personalised. They also enhance knowledge retention and real-world skill application. This approach prepares students and educators for a future driven by technology.

ECAE's initiatives support the UAE's vision of building an AI-empowered society. This aligns with the UAE Centennial Plan 2071 and Abu Dhabi's Economic Vision 2030. Visitors to the Abu Dhabi Government pavilion can explore ECAE’s educational technologies across three clusters: Services and Experiences, Emerging Technology, and Sustainable Technology.

Among the notable technologies are the Digital Human Assistant and the Smart Educational Assistant Chatbot. These tools provide personalised, real-time support. Additionally, ECAE will introduce two new VR platforms focused on environmental responsibility and risk management. A Gamified AI Learning Experience Quest will also be featured, blending AI with gamification for engaging learning.
