Emirates Charitable Association Launches Humanitarian Eid Al-Adha Campaign For 2025
The Emirates Charitable Association has unveiled its Eid al-Adha campaign for 1446 AH / 2025, focusing on humanitarian efforts within the UAE and internationally during these sacred days. This initiative reflects the UAE's core values of unity and generosity.
A significant part of this year's campaign is the Eid al-Adha Sacrificial Meat Programme abroad. For AED350, donors can contribute a sacrificial animal. The association plans to distribute 1,200 sacrifices in countries facing urgent humanitarian needs, ensuring thousands of underprivileged families receive meat during Eid.

Additionally, the association provides an opportunity to perform Hajj on behalf of those who are ill, unable, or deceased. This service is offered in partnership with trusted agents for AED3,000.
Within the UAE, the association aims to spread joy through its Eid Clothing programme. This initiative provides new clothes to orphans and needy families, embodying compassion and celebration during Eid's blessed days.
"Wa Layalin 'Ashr" Campaign
A special campaign named "Wa Layalin 'Ashr" (Ten Blessed Nights) will take place over the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah. It features ten unique humanitarian initiatives, each day highlighting a different charitable programme targeting various community segments locally and globally.
These programmes include support for needy families, mosque construction, medical aid for the ill, education for orphans, and assistance for people of determination. Abdullah Saeed Al Tunaiji, Secretary-General of the Association, stated that the "Ten Blessed Nights" initiative is a practical reflection of the solidarity and compassion that underpin the UAE's society.
He emphasised that the campaign’s programmes have been carefully designed to reach the broadest range of those in need, both at home and abroad. The association's efforts aim to make a meaningful impact during these sacred days by addressing diverse needs across communities.
