Emir Of Kuwait And Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Discuss Cooperation And Bilateral Relations
His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Emir of Kuwait, welcomed His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan at Bayan Palace. Sheikh Mansour, who is the Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, is visiting Kuwait officially. During their meeting, Sheikh Mansour conveyed greetings from President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to the Emir.
The Emir of Kuwait reciprocated by sending his best wishes to the UAE President. He expressed hopes for continued prosperity for the UAE and its citizens. The discussions between the leaders focused on strengthening cooperation in developmental and economic sectors to benefit both nations.
Both leaders explored ways to enhance joint initiatives between the UAE and Kuwait. They emphasised expanding opportunities in various sectors to serve mutual interests. This collaboration aims to contribute to the well-being and advancement of both countries, reflecting their strong fraternal ties.
The meeting also included discussions on regional and international issues of mutual concern. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to deepening cooperation based on shared values and mutual respect. This commitment aims to build upon their longstanding relations.
A high-level UAE delegation attended the talks. It included several ministers such as Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence; Abdul Rahman bin Mohammad bin Nasser Al Owais, Minister of Health and Prevention; Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure; Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology; among others.
The Kuwaiti side was represented by H.H. Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of Kuwait; H.H. Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of Kuwait; Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister; along with other top officials.
Ceremonial Welcome
Earlier in the day, an official reception ceremony was held for H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed upon his arrival in Kuwait. Following the meeting at Bayan Palace, H.H. Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah hosted a luncheon in honour of H.H. Sheikh Mansour and his delegation.
The visit underscores the importance both nations place on maintaining strong bilateral relations. By focusing on shared goals and mutual benefits, they aim to foster a partnership that supports regional stability and growth.
