EKTIFA Partners With Alpha Aviation Services For Organic Product Distribution On Air Arabia Flights

The Sharjah Agricultural and Livestock Production Establishment, known as EKTIFA, has entered into a collaboration with Alpha Aviation Services, part of the Air Arabia Group. This partnership aims to distribute EKTIFA's products on Air Arabia flights. The memorandum was signed by Dr. Eng. Khalifa Musabah Al-Teneiji from EKTIFA and Mark Whelan from Alpha Aviation Services, alongside Dr. Abdulrahman bin Talieh from Air Arabia.

Dr. Eng. Khalifa Musabah Al-Teneiji mentioned that initially, dairy products from Maleha Farm will be supplied on Air Arabia flights. He added that the partnership will later include all EKTIFA products. The strategy is to introduce organic products and open new sales channels to enhance organic food security and public health.

EKTIFA and Alpha Aviation Collaborate on Air Arabia

Al-Teneiji highlighted the demand for EKTIFA products in retail markets. He stressed the importance of partnering with experienced institutions to ensure wide availability and promote safe, healthy food culture. The agreement aims to develop the organic food industry using modern technologies, aligning with H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi's vision for sustainable food production.

Mark Whelan of Alpha Aviation Services noted that this agreement supports Sharjah’s sustainable food security goals and Air Arabia Group’s commitment to local products. He stated that this strategic move enhances local industries while improving passenger travel experiences by offering EKTIFA’s organic products on board.

Whelan also mentioned plans to expand the availability of these organic products beyond flights to airport lounges, restaurants, and other outlets in the future. This expansion reflects a broader commitment to promoting local industries and enhancing customer experiences through quality offerings.

The collaboration between EKTIFA and Alpha Aviation Services marks a significant step towards achieving high standards in quality and health within the organic food sector. This initiative aligns with Sharjah's broader goals for sustainable development and public health improvement through innovative approaches in agriculture and livestock production.
