Eid Al Etihad Celebrates Founding Of UAE And New Era Of Development And Prosperity

H.H. Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, highlighted the significance of the 54th Eid Al Etihad. He described it as a pivotal moment marking the establishment of the United Arab Emirates and the start of a new phase of growth and prosperity.

He emphasised that this Union represents values such as loyalty, belonging, cohesion, and solidarity. These principles are fundamental to the nation's unity. From these foundations, the UAE embarked on a journey towards becoming a united and resilient nation that maintains its values, identity, and history while ambitiously pursuing its goals.

The celebration of Eid Al Etihad by UAE citizens is filled with joy and meaning. It reflects pride in their country and aligns with the vision set by the Founding Fathers. This vision aims to make the Union a source of pride for its people and a catalyst for development across all sectors.

This occasion also highlights how the UAE's achievements extend globally, serving as a beacon of light. The nation reaches out with genuine humanity, offering goodwill to every corner of the world.

On this special occasion, H.H. Sheikh Dr Sultan extended his heartfelt congratulations to President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He also congratulated His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai; His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court; Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates; Their Highnesses the Crown Princes; Deputy Rulers; and all citizens and residents of the UAE.
