Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Welcomes Eid Al-Adha Well-Wishers At Mina Palace

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, welcomed Eid Al-Adha well-wishers at Mina Palace. This event was on behalf of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The gathering included Pakistani Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, several princes, senior scholars, sheikhs, and Gulf Cooperation Council officials.

The reception commenced with a recitation from the Holy Quran. In his speech, Prince Mohammed expressed gratitude and extended Eid Al-Adha greetings to citizens, residents, and pilgrims. He emphasised the Kingdom's dedication to serving the Two Holy Mosques and ensuring pilgrims' comfort. "We will continue to exert every effort to provide comfort to the pilgrims," he stated.

Lieutenant General Mohammad bin Abdullah Al-Bassami spoke on behalf of the military sectors involved in Hajj security. He highlighted the government's financial resources and technical equipment dedicated to serving pilgrims. He noted that 213,323 personnel from security and military sectors participated in implementing Hajj security plans.

The director of Public Security praised the integration among participating entities in Hajj security plans. These plans are based on precise foundations and clear responsibilities. An advanced operations centre plays a crucial role in managing security systems using modern technologies for data analysis and risk assessment.

Prince Mohammed acknowledged the efforts of government sectors and volunteers in facilitating pilgrims' rituals safely. He commended their work in implementing state policies effectively. "We commend the continuous efforts made by you," he said, addressing those involved in these efforts.

Support from Leadership

Lieutenant General Al-Bassami credited the success of Hajj security plans to directives from King Salman and support from Prince Mohammed. He also mentioned supervision by the minister of interior over Hajj preparations. The governor of Makkah Region and other officials have supported enhancing service quality for pilgrims.

The Crown Prince expressed hope for continued blessings of security and safety for Saudi Arabia. He prayed for success in fulfilling duties towards pilgrims fully. "May Allah's peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you," he concluded his address.

The director of Public Security highlighted pride among participants in executing Hajj security plans under Saudi Arabia's vision led by Prince Mohammed. Serving pilgrims is a priority for them as they rely on professional capabilities gained through experience.
