The UAE's commitment to education is a testament to its vision for human development. The celebration of 'Emirati Day for Education' highlights the importance of education in the nation's growth. Shamma bint Suhail Al Mazrui, Minister of Community Empowerment, emphasised that this day reflects the UAE’s dedication to nurturing minds and building capabilities, which are essential for the country's future.

This approach is deeply rooted in the leadership's belief that investing in people ensures prosperity. Sarah bint Yousef Al Amiri, Minister of Education, noted that dedicating a day to education underscores its strategic role in shaping the future and enhancing global competitiveness. She stated, "Investing in minds is key to building a brighter future for generations to come." The Emirati Day for Education celebrates educational achievements while paving the way for continued leadership.

Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, highlighted that this day reaffirms the UAE’s commitment to advancing education and preparing generations for sustainable development. He mentioned that this celebration aligns with the UAE Centennial 2071 objectives and coincides with 2025 being declared as the 'Year of Community’.

Sara bint Mohamed Suhail, Minister of Family, stressed the family's crucial role in education. She said that families provide the supportive environment from which students embark on their educational journey. Education begins at home, where children develop a love for learning and exploration.

She added that efforts continue to empower families and enhance their role in supporting education. This ensures a balance between maintaining Emirati identity and meeting future needs, fostering a generation confident in contributing to national progress.

Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al Neyadi, Minister of State for Youth Affairs, stated that education is foundational for shaping the future workforce capable of driving societal prosperity. Jassem Mohammed Bu Ataba Al Zaabi, Chairman of Abu Dhabi's Department of Finance, remarked on education as a pillar for sustainable development and a knowledge-based economy. He reaffirmed support for providing resources needed to develop a competitive educational system.
