Emirates Driving Company (EDC), a subsidiary of Multiply Group PJSC, has decided to acquire a 22.5% stake in Mwasalat Holdings LLC. This acquisition includes an option to increase its shareholding to 50.6%, pending certain conditions and regulatory approvals.
