Eastern Region Governor Prince Saud Bin Naif Opens Saudi Industry Forum 2025 And Oversees SAR9 Billion In Agreements
The Saudi Industry Forum (SIF) 2025 was inaugurated by Governor of the Eastern Region, Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, at Dhahran Expo. The event saw the presence of key figures including Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Industry Affairs Eng. Khalil bin Salamah, Federation of Saudi Chambers President Hassan bin Moejeb Al-Huwaizi, and Saudi Aramco President and CEO Eng. Amin Nasser.
Significant industrial agreements exceeding SAR9 billion were signed during the forum. This event is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in collaboration with public, private, and non-profit sectors. It aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to diversify the economy and enhance the industrial sector's GDP contribution.

The forum, themed "Our Industry in a New Era: Digital Transformation and Sustainable Development," will continue until June 25. It features over 320 exhibitors from prominent local and international companies. Additionally, 78 speakers, including industry experts and economic policymakers, are participating in discussions.
Prince Saud emphasised the Kingdom's achievements in establishing a robust industrial foundation that merges advanced technology with skilled national talent. He stated, "The Eastern Region has become the capital of Saudi industry," highlighting its sophisticated industrial cities and production complexes that support Saudi Arabia's leadership in various strategic sectors globally.
The forum's scientific program includes panel discussions, lectures, and workshops. These sessions focus on technological advancements, investment opportunities, local content development, and promoting national exports. The aim is to explore new avenues for growth within the industry while fostering innovation.
