Dubai Women Establishment And J.P. Morgan Collaborate To Enhance Women's Professional Development

Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) and J.P. Morgan's Dubai branch have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to boost women's economic involvement and career growth. The agreement was signed by Naeema Ahli, CEO of DWE, and Khaled Hobballah, Senior Country Officer for the Middle East and North Africa at J.P. Morgan.

This MoU outlines a collaborative framework aimed at enhancing women's roles in the workforce while contributing to sustainable economic progress. Both organisations will focus on four key areas: economic empowerment, professional development, leadership training, and career mentorship through specialised events that encourage networking among female leaders across various sectors.

Collaboration for Women's Professional Development

J.P. Morgan will play a significant role by sharing expertise in training programs. They will also help design and implement workshops, seminars, and joint events. Additionally, they will provide mentorship support to participants involved in these initiatives.
