Dubai Taxi Company And Dubai Airports Establish Exclusive Five-Year Partnership For Enhanced Mobility Services
Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) has entered a five-year strategic agreement with Dubai Airports. This partnership makes DTC the sole taxi service provider at Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Central - Al Maktoum International (DWC). This collaboration highlights DTC's role as a leading mobility service provider in Dubai.
The partnership between DTC and Dubai Airports is built on a long-standing relationship. In 2024, both airports welcomed 93 million visitors, resulting in 6 million limousine and taxi trips. By 2029, annual trips are expected to exceed 8 million, with projected revenues reaching AED 2.5 billion over five years.

DTC's journey with Dubai Airports began in 1997, starting with just 100 taxis. Over the years, it has grown into the largest taxi operator in Dubai by market share. Today, DTC operates an advanced fleet of around 900 airport taxis, including specialised pink taxis for families, women, and children, and accessible vehicles for People of Determination.
The current fleet also includes approximately 500 premium limousines offering high-end transportation services. The agreement was signed by Mansoor Alfalasi, CEO of DTC, and Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports, along with senior officials present at the event.
DTC is committed to innovation and international standards. The taxi and limousine services at Dubai Airports feature smart dispatch systems and instant booking technologies through user-friendly apps. These systems enable passengers to book taxis easily and offer cashless payment options.
Vehicles are monitored by DTC’s control centre to ensure safe and efficient transport for all customers. Mansoor Alfalasi stated that the agreement reflects the strong relationship with Dubai Airports since 1997. He emphasised their commitment to showcasing Dubai positively to all passengers.
Commitment to World-Class Service
In 2024, DTC doubled its dedicated airport taxi fleet to support transportation services at the airports. This expansion aimed to increase trip numbers by 30 percent while reducing waiting times and improving service speed without diverting regular city taxis to the airport.
Mansoor Alfalasi added that DTC aims to enhance its operational capacity in line with the rapid growth at Dubai Airports. The goal is to continue delivering world-class transportation services backed by well-trained drivers and advanced technology.
Seamless Airport Experience
Paul Griffiths highlighted that creating an effortless experience for guests is a priority at Dubai Airports. Reliable ground transport is crucial for this seamless journey from arrival to departure. The partnership with DTC ensures guests experience top-notch mobility solutions reflecting speed and convenience throughout their airport journey.
This collaboration between DTC and Dubai Airports aims to provide efficient transportation solutions that align with the high standards upheld across all aspects of the airport experience.
