Dubai T100 Reveals Exciting Course For 2025 Race Weekend During Fitness Challenge
The 2025 Dubai T100 race weekend is set to return from 13th to 16th November, coinciding with the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC). This event will feature a thrilling course that showcases Dubai's iconic landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa. Triathletes will begin their journey at Jumeirah 3 Beach - Sunset, cycle past Meydan Racecourse, and conclude with the Burj Khalifa as their backdrop.
Participants of all fitness levels can choose from various events. Options include the Duathlon Relay, which involves a 5km run, a 22km bike ride, and another 5km run. The Sprint Race offers a 750m swim, a 20km bike ride, and a 5km run on 15th November. The main event is the T100 Triathlon on 16th November, featuring a 2km swim, an 80km bike ride, and an 18km run.

For those preferring a lighter challenge, The Music Run returns on 15th November. This fun-filled 5km run is set to music and welcomes participants of all abilities. It adds a community-driven and lifestyle element to the weekend's celebrations. The event aims to inspire residents to embrace an active lifestyle through its inclusive nature.
Saeed Hareb, Secretary-General of the Dubai Sports Council, emphasised that this event aligns with Dubai’s vision of integrating sport and physical activity into daily life. "The event combines elite global competition with community participation," he stated, highlighting its role in encouraging residents to lead active lives.
Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, noted that the Dubai T100 highlights the city's energy and diversity while showcasing its landmarks on the global sporting stage. Hosting this event during DFC enhances its impact by motivating both residents and visitors to engage in fitness activities.
The race weekend promises a festival atmosphere with live music, food and beverage options, and partner activations. Whether competing or supporting participants, attendees can expect an unforgettable celebration of health and community spirit.
