Dubai South Properties Launches South Bay Mall As A Vibrant Lifestyle Hub For Residents

Dubai South Properties has introduced 'South Bay Mall', its first retail and lifestyle hub, strategically positioned in the Dubai South Residential District. The mall spans about 200,000 square feet over three levels, offering stunning lagoon views and open-air walkways. This development aims to enhance the lifestyle of South Bay residents and the wider Dubai South community through a curated mix of retail, dining, and wellness experiences.

The mall will feature 60 retail outlets, two major stores, and a high-end food hall. Additionally, it will include outdoor leisure areas, a clubhouse, gym, spa, clinic, and parking for over 400 vehicles. These elements aim to create a lively and seamless community experience. The mall is set to become a vibrant lifestyle centre within South Bay, Dubai South's flagship mixed-use waterfront development.

South Bay comprises more than 800 spacious villas and townhouses alongside over 200 luxurious waterfront mansions. It also includes a kilometre-long lagoon, over three kilometres of waterfront promenade, lush parks, a lake park, and private beaches. Together, these features form an integrated community focused on wellbeing, connectivity, and convenience.
