Dubai South Unveils New Multiuser Facilities To Enhance Regional Logistics Growth

Dubai South has introduced advanced multiuser facilities in its Logistics District. Covering about 215,278 sq. ft., these spaces offer flexible solutions for businesses. The facilities are designed to support growth and competitiveness in the regional market.

The new facilities are strategically positioned within the freight forwarding zone, providing excellent access to major transport hubs like Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port. This location ensures seamless connectivity through the UAE’s key road network, facilitating efficient logistics and operations for businesses.

These facilities offer adaptable, air-conditioned spaces with ground-level access. They are built with sustainability in mind and allow easy customisation to meet various business requirements. On-site retail outlets and amenities add convenience for businesses and their employees.

Businesses can choose from two size options: 2,152 sq. ft. and 3,767 sq. ft., allowing them to scale as needed. All units maintain temperature control to ensure optimal conditions for products and services.

The development is set to be completed by Q1 2026, when tenants can begin operations. These facilities cater to a wide range of clients, including SMEs, logistics providers, e-commerce companies, traders, and businesses needing secure spaces for international trade.
