The Rental Disputes Centre (RDC), a pivotal judicial arm of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), has recently inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tarahum Charity Foundation. This strategic alliance is set to bolster community and charitable efforts, specifically aimed at aiding citizens and residents entangled in rental disputes and judicial rulings. The MoU underscores the UAE's initiative to cultivate partnerships between the public and private sectors, thereby enhancing cooperation in areas of mutual interest. The agreement was formalised by Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed, Chairman of the RDC at DLD, and Osama Ibrahim Seddiqi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Tarahum Charity Foundation.
