Dubai Press Club Concludes First Week Of Second Phase Of Dubai Content Creators Programme Focused On Health And Science

The Dubai Press Club (DPC), in collaboration with Dubai Health, recently wrapped up the first week of the second phase of the ‘Dubai Content Creators Programme’. This phase centres on health and science content, aiming to equip participants with advanced skills to create reliable and engaging material that promotes community wellbeing.

Maryam Al Mulla, Director of the Dubai Press Club, praised the expertise shown during the week. She highlighted the programme's role in enhancing creators' abilities to produce professional content. The sessions improved participants' skills and broadened their understanding of modern tools for developing valuable community content.

Dubai Press Club Wraps Up Content Creators Programme

The opening week included expert-led sessions and interactive workshops. These were designed to improve storytelling techniques, build confidence on-screen, and teach ethical and accurate content creation principles. Participants learned how to transform complex medical ideas into accessible messages.

TikTok hosted initial sessions where Mohamed Enaba and Sara Al Moaz shared strategies for successful content creation. They provided practical advice on production quality, audience engagement, and creative storytelling. Enaba focused on live streaming best practices while Al Moaz demonstrated using TikTok features for authentic content.

As part of TikTok's collaboration, Donia Abi Nassif hosted Dr Diana Chehab and Dr Mohammad Abu Ali. They discussed effective health content creation and maintaining its impact. Their insights focused on elements that drive audience engagement and loyalty in health-related topics.

Actress Basmah Nabil shared techniques for using acting skills to deliver compelling content. Ahmad Al Sabouni led a session on storytelling in health communication, showing how narratives can make complex medical ideas more relatable. Kareem Kawkab discussed ethical standards in health media.

Programme Details

The programme is delivered with global media platforms like TikTok, YouTube, El Warsha, Dubai Media Academy, MediaCast, Edraak Media Academy, Erem Business, Artificial Intelligence Journalism for Research and Forecasting, Blinx, The Collective Mind, along with prominent creators and experts.

This phase runs until 4th November 2025. It includes workshops on impactful writing, visual content development, platform dynamics, digital health campaigns, and AI-powered tools. Participants will gain skills in smartphone shooting, professional lighting and editing for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Building on Previous Success

This phase builds on the success of the inaugural ‘Dubai Content Creators Programme’. Initially launched with the UAE Ministry of Economy and various media organisations, it focused on training creators in economic reporting. The current phase continues this legacy by expanding into health and science domains.
