Dubai Police Collaborates With MBRSG To Introduce Diploma In Strategic Partnerships Management
Dubai Police and the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) have formalised a partnership through a memorandum of understanding (MoU). This collaboration aims to introduce the first specialised diploma in "Strategic Partnerships Management in Governments" available in both Arabic and English. Additionally, they plan to publish a bilingual book on "Government Strategic Partnerships" and organise workshops for leaders across public and private sectors.
The MoU was signed by Major General Ali Ahmad Ghanem, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Community Happiness and Logistics Support at Dubai Police, and Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, CEO of MBRSG. Several senior officers from both organisations attended the signing, including Brigadier Badran Al Shamsi, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Academic and Training Affairs, and Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Mansouri, Director of the General Department for Community Happiness.

Major General Ali Ghanem emphasised the significance of this agreement, stating that it aligns with Dubai Police's strategic vision. He noted that fostering partnerships with public and private sectors is crucial for enhancing government work efficiency. "This agreement supports Dubai Police's strategic vision and the directives of His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri to foster partnerships with the public and private sectors. This is key in advancing government work towards greater efficiency and effectiveness," he stated.
The diploma program is designed to equip participants with essential skills for managing strategic partnerships. It aims to keep them updated with global best practices, thereby improving service delivery and operational integration. The initiative reflects a commitment to advancing professional capabilities within government frameworks.
Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri expressed his enthusiasm for this collaboration. He highlighted MBRSG's dedication to empowering future leaders by enhancing national talent in leadership, strategy, and governance. "The Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government is committed to empowering future leaders and enhancing the skills of national talent in leadership, strategy, and governance," he remarked.
