Dubai Police Partners With Developers To Enhance Residential Community Safety
Under the guidance of Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, the 'Residential Communities Security Project Charter' has been initiated. This move is part of a broader effort to solidify Dubai's position as the safest city globally. The charter unveiling ceremony saw the collaboration between Dubai Police and leading real estate developers, marking a significant step towards enhancing security across residential areas in Dubai.
The agreement was formalized at the Dubai Police Officers Club, witnessing the signatures of notable figures including Major General Khalil Al Mansouri, Assistant Commandant for Criminal Investigation Affairs at Dubai Police; Dr. Jumaa Al Matrooshi, Director General of Dubai Silicon Oasis; and representatives from DAMAC Properties, Al Barari Real Estate Company, and Al Habtoor Group among others. The event was attended by senior officers and officials, highlighting its importance.
The initiative has been well-received by the real estate sector, with signatories commending the efforts to strengthen the ongoing partnership between Dubai Police and developers. This collaboration is aimed at bolstering safety and security measures within residential communities, aligning with the government's directives to foster specialized initiatives between the public and private sectors.

Brigadier Harb Al Shamsi, Acting Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigation, outlined the charter's objectives. Al Shamsi also praised the collaborative efforts with strategic partners and real estate developers to ensure the creation of 'safe residential communities.'
