Abdulrahman Al Saleh emphasised that this collaboration reflects Dubai’s governance model's spirit of integration. It aligns with the emirate’s vision to foster an innovative, technology-driven digital economy. He stated, "This MoU supports the leadership’s aspiration to position Dubai as a global benchmark for smart financial transformation."

The agreement includes cooperation in exchanging knowledge about cashless transformation. Both parties will share data and insights while leveraging modern financial technologies. Specialised working groups will be established to drive innovation and digital transition.
