Dubai Municipality Launches Registration For Fifth Season Of Farmers' Market In Quranic Park

Dubai Municipality has initiated the registration process for the fifth season of the Farmers’ Market. This event provides a platform for Emirati farmers and local producers to present their goods directly to both residents and tourists. The market aims to enhance farm and business growth, increase local agricultural production, and promote sustainable practices, thereby strengthening Dubai’s image as a city committed to quality living and environmental care.

The Farmers’ Market will be held at Quranic Park in Al Khawaneej from 6th December 2025 to 8th February 2026. It will operate every Saturday and Sunday during this period. Last year, the market experienced a 49% increase in visitors, showcasing its popularity as a family-friendly attraction. Attendees can purchase fresh, locally sourced produce while enjoying a festive atmosphere with cultural and interactive activities suitable for all ages.

Registration Open for Farmers' Market Season Five

This season will feature participation from 41 Emirati farmers along with 16 owners of local products and agricultural supplies. They will offer a diverse range of fresh and organic items. The market aligns with Dubai Municipality’s mission to bolster local agriculture by providing logistical support, supplies, training, awareness campaigns, and advisory services to empower Emirati farmers.

Mohammed Ahli, Acting Director of Public Parks and Recreational Facilities at Dubai Municipality, expressed enthusiasm about the upcoming season: "We are delighted to welcome the Farmers’ Market for its fifth season, a dynamic initiative hosted in Quranic Park. The market goes beyond selling produce, fostering appreciation for Emirati products and encouraging sustainable consumer habits."

The new season promises educational workshops, interactive sessions, and community events designed to engage visitors. Registration is available on the Dubai Municipality website until 20th November 2025. These initiatives aim to enhance community understanding of local production and food sustainability.

The previous season drew in 102,625 visitors who explored an array of local goods including vegetables, fruits, dairy products, honey, and dates. This variety highlights the market's role in raising awareness about local production methods and sustainable food practices.
