ENOC Named Strategic Sponsor For Dubai International Project Management Forum (DIPMF) 11th And 12th Editions
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority and ENOC Group have signed a new memorandum of understanding that secures ENOC Group as strategic partner for the 11th and 12th Dubai International Project Management Forum. The agreement supports long-term collaboration on project management practices, innovation and sustainability that align with national development goals in the United Arab Emirates.
Under the MoU, ENOC Group becomes strategic sponsor of DIPMF for two consecutive editions, highlighting the Forum’s role as a leading regional platform for project management. The partnership supports knowledge exchange among global specialists and reinforces Dubai’s efforts to improve project delivery standards across complex urban, industrial and infrastructure projects.

The Dubai International Project Management Forum is held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai. Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of RTA, witnessed the signing ceremony.
RTA was represented in the MoU by Moaza Saeed Al Marri, Executive Director of the Executive Affairs Sector and Chair of the Organising Committee of the Dubai International Project Management Forum. ENOC Group was represented by Hesham Ali Mustafa, Managing Director of Shared Services Centre, Group Human Resources and New Business Development, highlighting senior-level commitment from both organisations.
