Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of Dubai International Chamber, highlighted the progress made in solidifying Dubai’s status as a prime destination for foreign direct investment. He stated that this success is driven by Dubai’s competitive advantages like world-class infrastructure and a strategic location connecting global markets.

The Chamber's representative offices organised 247 business roundtables in the first half of this year. These events aimed to promote Dubai as a global business hub and attract foreign direct investments. They also introduced Dubai as a launchpad for expanding into international markets.

The international network serves as a strategic link between Dubai and global business communities. It facilitates two-way investment flows and opens new channels for bilateral trade. This helps companies access opportunities that Dubai offers as a gateway to the world.

Supporting Business Growth

Dubai International Chamber's offices are instrumental in promoting the emirate’s competitive advantages for business growth. They provide market intelligence and tailored support for international companies aiming to establish themselves in Dubai and expand into promising global markets.

Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem also mentioned that the Chamber’s global network plays a major role in attracting entrepreneurs, investors, and multinational companies. He noted that their offices help strengthen trade and investment ties with priority markets while fostering partnerships between Dubai-based firms and their global counterparts.

The Chamber continues to advance its objectives under the Dubai Global initiative by aiming to establish 50 international representative offices by 2030. This initiative is central to positioning Dubai as a leading hub for international business activities.
