These include the Tibb wa Uloom programme launched in 2016. It has enrolled 553 students so far with 242 graduates.

The Unified Internship Programme has also been beneficial for 512 doctors. It supports residency and fellowship training for 182 doctors through partnerships with private sector entities. Dr Al Rostamani noted that DHA’s initiatives are supported by advanced learning platforms providing continuous skills development under expert supervision.

The job opportunities announced by DHA include roles within the Authority itself as well as positions with private healthcare providers participating alongside DHA at the fair. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to integrate more Emiratis into key sectors of the economy.
