Dubai Future Foundation Partners With Dubai Police To Enhance Future Readiness And Digital Progress
The Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) and Dubai Police have formed a new alliance during the Dubai Future Forum 2025. This event is recognised as the largest assembly of futurists globally. The collaboration aims to boost digital progress and enhance life quality in Dubai, aligning with the emirate's vision for top-tier, citizen-focused government services.
Major General Dr. Ahmed Zaal bin Krishan Al Muhairi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Administrative and Financial Affairs at Dubai Police, and Khalfan Belhoul, CEO of DFF, signed the agreement. The signing took place at the Museum of the Future. Present were Major General Saif bin Abid and Brigadier Dr. Expert Hamdan Al Ghusiah from Dubai Police.

The partnership involves training programmes, capacity-building initiatives, foresight studies, and innovation projects. These are designed to equip Dubai Police personnel with leadership skills and future-readiness through structured training courses, specialised diploma programmes, practical workshops, and knowledge exchange opportunities.
Major General Dr. Ahmad Zaal bin Krishan Al Muhairi emphasised that this partnership reflects Dubai Police’s dedication to enhancing strategic alliances with leading organisations. He stated that this collaboration supports the Government of Dubai’s vision to integrate quality of life and digital progress across all sectors.
Khalfan Juma Belhoul highlighted that this partnership will aid in building capabilities necessary for leading future pathways amid technological advancements. He noted that it aligns with Dubai’s efforts to provide world-class public services using advanced technologies to improve residents' quality of life.
Belhoul added that partnerships are crucial to DFF’s mission. They reflect its commitment to working with public and private entities to explore emerging opportunities and transformations while developing future-design skills and tools.
Global Participation
The Dubai Future Forum hosts over 2,500 participants from nearly 100 countries. It features 200 speakers including government officials, CEOs, academics, decision-makers, thought leaders, and future designers from both the UAE and worldwide.
This collaboration also aims to reinforce safety and security while providing innovative services that enhance community happiness. The strong cooperation between DFF and Dubai Police focuses on exchanging expertise in human capital development through advanced learning tools.
The agreement underscores a shared commitment to preparing national and global talent for effective contributions towards shaping the future by studying emerging opportunities.
